The ma3x project is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, managers, executives, sales managers and department managers.
It is a series of individual sessions, during which the business expert and the client jointly solve various business-related problems and tasks, clarify goals, make decisions and develop action plans.

Within the frames of the individual ma3x project, two managers of the company acquired the necessary knowledge, tool and techniques to effectively manage the newly opened “Meter2” hall.
“AQUATUS” is a leading company in Armenia in the field of construction of swimming pools, saunas, as well as in the field of import and sale of interior renovation products and accessories.
A business mode for a new idea with strategic directions and action plan was developed with the founder of Glxark․am Artur Minasyan:

It is planned to establish a new cafe chain in the USA. In the frames of this project, the main emphasis was done on strategic planning, including development of mission, strategic goals and approaches. From this point of view, the new chain will become unique in terms of new atmosphere, new products and new solutions.
Advisory sessions were held for the founders to develop an investment project, promote the brand, and develop a competitive advantage.
